My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotless, cool, and quiet, which was great, but the door was a bit of an issue with people smoking right outside, especially during busy times like Labor Day weekend. However, the staff promptly addressed any issues that arose, even though I didn't get my room key until well after check-in time.
